OVERVIEW
By mid-2023, generative AI was everywhere. Starmind set out to enhance its users' knowledge search by combining AI-generated answers with a human expert verification layer. With StarGPT, an AI chatbot, users could get answers faster, and when in doubt, they could invite experts to verify the response.
ROLE
Responsible for research, design, user testing and branding.
